( The Best Web Hosting Service )- As a lot of you might already know broken links can really hurt your site. Not just in terms of accessibility, but also in terms of SEO. True, not to long ago I had some errors on my website, and it affected my SEO immensely. Sadly I went from having 200-300 hits a day from Google down to a couple of hits a day. Wow, you talk about dropping off the map; I simply flew off the map.

Well, the root of my problem was 404 errors, which you can easily check in your Webmasters Tools. If you don’t already have this installed on your site your need to claim your site and start using it ASAP. This can show you all kinds of valuable information about your site.

Along with using Webmasters Tools, in which you can easily spot 404 errors or any other crawl errors (hell even robot crawl errors and malware), you can also submit your sitemaps, which makes it easier for Google to crawl your site. In a bit I will be posting a blog post on Webmaster Tools, but with this entry I wanted to talk about a cool site I found that will help you analyze your broken links.

This is really a webmasters dream and I highly recommend you check it out. The name of the site is http://www.iwebtool.com. Really great site for all kinds of web related stuff like, backlink checker, rank checker, link popularity, search engine position, reverse IP/Look-up, Ping Test, website thumbnails, ect. But for the life of me I can’t remember how I found broken links checker on their site, but if you go to the search and type in “broken link checker” you will be prompted to this page http://www.iwebtool.com/broken_link_checker (or just click on my link…lol)iwebtools

Once you are there you can put in your domain or single pages on your domain. Pretty cool, and I do believe they have a paid subscription and everything, but really this is a great find and I highly recommend you start using it to make sure your site is all good in terms of broken links.

Search Engines – Organic SEO

Organic SEO( The Best Web Hosting Service )- Organic SEO has come to be the need for optimizing website rankings today. The organic search engine optimization or Organic SEO is now being used by many companies as a strategy in attracting potential searchers. It also lists websites among top search engines.
SEO is the process of improving the quality or volume of traffic of websites from search engines through natural or unpaid (organic) search results.
Organic SEO is often content-driven, thus the intentional use of content is so important. Articles, blogs, and other forms of writing are created such that the content attracts people. The planned linking on the content page in some way helps to produce more clicks on the page, as well as the link.
But content is not the only determining factor in attracting people. Keywords and phrases, and Meta tags also play their equivalent role. The right keywords go a long way in making higher ranking websites, as more and more people are searching for new, original, and relevant information.

Search Engine First

And so it happens that many website companies write content for search engines first, and then people. Lots of websites make the “mistake” of making it the other way round, thus failing to be toplisted among search engines. Writing content by keeping in mind requirements of search engines such as keywords and phrases, Meta tags, etc. help in the long run because it gives you a chance to be seen among the top searches on the internet. Then people could easily find you too as they click the first few links they see in search engines.

Organic SEO which is used by companies should always include these three:

•    Keywords
•    Strategy
•    Execution
Without which the SEO company couldn’t legitimately claim to be Organic, would it?

Content and Technology

What is good about Organic SEO is that you do not have to pay search engines to include your website among the top sites. Which is what happens in Pay per click (PPC) strategies, where you pay to be “positioned.” Organic SEO, on the other hand, uses both the white and the black hats, that is, content and technology, which both encourage good results.
Organic SEO is a very natural, as well as successful way for webmasters to grow links and rankings. Along with articles and blogs which are two exceptional tools that can be used to further encourage the natural growth, tactical use of such techniques will help build you a strong base. This will attract maximum traffic to your website, which will then lead to the success of your marketing strategy.
Build your links and rankings naturally through Organic SEO.

SEO Linkwheel( The Best Web Hosting Service )- Would you like to know about effortless, but highly successful tips that would almost always guarantee you a top spot in search engines? Within, reason.

The secret is in intelligently putting up some especially valuable interlacing of link wheels that shoots you up to search engine rankings. Here are 7 SEO techniques to follow:

•    Begin with 26 unique (Copyscape-passed articles that aren’t spun) 250-300 word articles on your niche. Add in your keyword or phrase 3-4 times throughout our articles. Do not forget to include the keyword in your title, if possible as the first word.
•    Then open 24 new accounts on Web 2.0 properties, including Blogger, Gather, Hubpages, Jimdo, WordPress, Weebly, LiveJournal, Xanga, Blog among others.
•    On each separate Web 2.0 site, post a unique article with two links in the article itself, or in your short bio. One of your links should point to another Web 2.0 property where you have your other article posted, and the other to your website URL as anchor text.
•    Follow this pattern for your 24 articles such that there will be four interconnected link wheels. See, each link would have six Web 2.0 properties.
•    After creating your web of 5 link wheels, have two Squidoo lenses opened, then post your last 2 unique articles there. It is important that you link each of the Squidoo lenses to any 4 of your Web 2.0 properties. You can also scale up the 24 articles by opening more Squidoo lenses, but always be sure to post unique articles.
•    Your next step is to social bookmark your Squidoo lenses on 25 other websites or more like Delicious, Digg, and StumbleUpon, etc… Never mind your old accounts — open new accounts, making sure to bookmark with each of them.
•    Then, copy the 25 RSS feed links from each of the Social book marking sites and submit each to 100 or more RSS aggregators. This will make sure that your link wheels are indexed right away.
Lastly, produce a 20-30 second video about your website, uploading it to some high-traffic video sites, for example, YouTube. Make sure you link to your website URL(s) in the description for your extra backlinks!
I hope this SEO technique is simple enough for you. With a few uncomplicated hours of work, you are on your way to getting to the top SEO rankings for your desired keywords on Bing, Google, and Yahoo.

Simple Steps to Set-up Windows Mail for Multiple Accounts on Windows 7

Windows 7 Mail( The Best Web Hosting Service )- Windows Mail comes built-in with Windows 7, so you are saved the hassle of installing any other email software. You can set it up to either hold a single email account or add more to create multiple email accounts. It’s quite simple and straightforward; all you need is the POP information that your email service provider should furnish. This is how the format looks: pop server pop.youremailprovider.com or smtp server smtp.youremailprovider.com. Of course, you need to have your email address and password ready.

Here are the simple steps to set up your Windows Mail:

•    Click the Add Email Account button; when prompted, place your email address and password. You can also pick a display name of your choice (which you can easily change later). Prepare to input the details from your email service provider. If you don’t have them, check out your email service provider’s website and look for pop email settings. In case you don’t have a ready and existing email account, you can obtain one (for free) from Hotmail, only for purposes of setting up your Windows Mail account.

•    Check that the settings work by sending an email to somebody you know; request them to reply so you can check what address appears on your email. If you intend to add more email accounts, just the repeat the process every time you create a new account. An alphabetically sorted list is generated and usually appears on the left portion of the screen.

•    To select the account you want to make use of when you send email, you can simply go to Inbox and click on New Email. Another option is to click on New Email, then pick the email account you want, using the “From” dropdown option box on the screen. Your accounts can be used interchangeably; so you know that if you suddenly change your mind in the middle of writing you can easily alter the address on the “From” section.

•    Now if it’s the display name you want to change, right click on the account name; click Properties, which should bring up the highlighted current display name. Modify it according to your choice and click OK when you’re done. There’s another option that allows you to sync individual or all email accounts that you have. This gives the added assurance that all emails are sent and received. Press the F5 key if you want to make a quick shortcut for this.

As you can see, there’s nothing complicated in setting up your Windows Mail. Just go right ahead and create as many accounts as you need or want.
