Webhostingpad has been in business since 2005 and was founded by veterans in the webhosting industry. They have award winning customer service and use high quality brand name equipment. They have a very substantial data center that will provide you with the services that you are looking for. They are Better Business Bureau accredited and have an active subscription to trust guard that allows them to keep your information and sites extremely secure. The amenities that they offer are comparable to other providers in the industry while they do not have a variety of plans to choose from.

Webhostingpad offers each of their customers unlimited disc space and bandwidth. They provide a free domain and assistance via the free sit builder programs. They allow you to host unlimited additional domains and POP and IMAP Email addresses. They will provide unlimited automatic email forwarders and email auto responders. You can take advantage of unlimited parked domains and subdomains as well as unlimited mySQL databases. The CGI-BIN and SSI are included in the monthly fees. Also included is the front page extensions and Cpanel control panel. You will have customizable error pages and spam assassin protection and even Fantastico script support. The data center technology includes a world class datacenter with weekly backups. There are also four OC-12 connections. Some of the bonus features include PHP Nuke, Web Blogs/Wordpress/B2evolution and Image Galleries/Coppermine.

Webhostingpad offers customer service online as well as over the phone. Their site has a section for “knowledgebase” articles. These articles cover such things as what a type of control panel they use and how to use it and other general help articles. You can submit an online ticket and should get a response back fairly quickly. There are mixed reviews from their customers about the reliability of their customer service team. Some of their customers are very happy with the customer service that they receive while others feel that the people on the line are substandard and do not know how to assist. They question the information that is given especially when it pertains to when a site will be back up and the problems resolved.
Uptime with Webhostingpad
Webhostingpad claims they will give you 99.9% uptime. This can be accomplished with round the clock security server monitoring, advanced firewalls, and the best equipment in the industry. The problem is that their customers are not finding their services to be reliable. They tend to have a lot of trouble keeping their customers sites up and running and provide little if any advice to a customer when they call. Some of their customers have had downtime of up to nine days straight and cannot get a straight answer as to what the problem is and when the service will be back up. While there are many satisfied customers there are a lot of people that are having troubles.

We do not recommend using Webhostingpad for your webhosting needs. Their uptime is extremely unreliable and you will get better service at other webhosting companies. They do not have the expertise to run such a business with any confidence. It appears that this company may be run by just a few people and they do not have the backing of a large and knowledgeable support staff.
